A building glass manufacturer integrating digitalization, intelligentization, and customization.

FAQ
1
How does Juzhiyi support clients in the glass installation process?

Although we are the manufacturer, support does not stop at the factory gate. We supply clear installation guides and technical advice matched to each product handling, storage, glazing details and sealing so your contractors install to best practice. For large or complex projects we can provide remote video support during installation and, where helpful, coordinate with trusted local installation partners on site.

Our technical team remains available to answer questions on wind-load, fixings and compatibility with your framing system, drawing on the same drawings and calculations used in production. The aim is simple: the glass that left us in perfect condition arrives and performs exactly as specified, with no guesswork for your installers.

2
What is the communication protocol during the production and inspection phase?

You will never wonder where your order is. Each client gets a dedicated project manager as the single point of contact, reachable by email and instant messaging. At kick-off we issue a Production Schedule, then send bi-weekly progress reports with photos as cutting, tempering and assembly advance.

Before the final balance is paid, we carry out a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) and share the report with images so you can sign off remotely. For urgent jobs we move to daily updates. This cadence is part of our 14-step cross-border workflow run by specialists with 6 to 12 years' experience, and it is backed by real-time MES data so the updates you receive reflect the actual line status, not estimates.

3
What is the process for requesting a sample of your special glass products?

Requesting a sample is easy and low-risk. Tell us the product tempered, insulated, laminated, Low-E, ceramic fritted, acid-etched, painted, mirror or another of our 1,000+ varieties and we send a standard 30 x 30 cm piece free of charge; you only cover the courier fee. For larger or fully custom-made samples we may charge a nominal fee, which we refund in full once you place the bulk order.

Samples are cut and finished on the same lines as production, so the colour, coating and edge quality you see are what you will get at scale. We recommend confirming thickness, size and any coating first so the sample truly represents your spec, and our team can advise on the closest standard option if you are still finalising the design.

4
How do you ensure the color consistency of decorative glass across different batches?

Colour consistency matters most on large facades, so we control it scientifically. For every batch of decorative, tinted, painted or ceramic-fritted glass we measure colour with a spectrophotometer against L*a*b* values and keep variance within Delta E < 1.5. Achieving that starts with a controlled inventory of raw glass and standardised coating or firing recipes, so the same formula gives the same result run after run.

Our digital batch records tie each colour lot to its process parameters, letting us reproduce it exactly for reorders or later project phases. If your design specifies a brand colour (e.g. RAL), we match and lock the target before bulk production and supply a colour report with the shipment for your verification.

5
How do you handle quality discrepancies or damaged glass upon delivery?

We operate a Quality First policy and act quickly if something is off. On arrival, please send a detailed report with photos within 7 days so we can open a case while evidence is fresh. Our after-sales team then investigates the root cause checking batch records, production logs and packing details and proposes a remedy: a discount, replacement or repair, chosen to keep your timeline intact.

For transit damage we coordinate with marine insurance and the carrier survey. Because every order is traceable to its raw lot and processing batch, we can usually pinpoint the cause fast and prevent recurrence on follow-on shipments. Throughout, we stay in close contact so the solution lands before it becomes a schedule risk.

6
What is your policy on intellectual property protection for custom glass designs?

Your designs stay yours. For every custom project we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before drawings are exchanged, and we treat your shop drawings, specifications, finishes and project details as strictly confidential. They are never shared with third parties or reused for other clients, and access is limited to the project team that needs it. Because our processing is in-house, sensitive files do not leave our controlled environment, and our digital systems log who touched what.

If your procurement rules require a specific NDA format or additional clauses such as IP assignment or regional exclusivity we will adopt it. Protecting client confidentiality is simply part of being a trustworthy manufacturing partner, especially on bespoke facades and branded interiors.

7
How does Juzhiyi ensure the environmental sustainability of its glass manufacturing?

Sustainability is practical for us, not a slogan. We promote energy-efficient buildings by supplying Low-E and insulating glass that cuts heating and cooling loads, and our fire-rated and safety ranges extend building lifespan. Inside the plant we recycle water used in grinding and polishing, monitor energy use through our digital systems, and dispose of waste glass per local environmental rules.

As a high-tech deep-processor we also avoid the extra freight and rework that come from outsourced, inconsistent batches, lowering the embedded carbon of each delivered order. Choosing durable, high-performance glazing from a single accountable source is itself a lower-impact path less breakage, less replacement, less waste over the building's life.

8
What is the warranty period for your architectural glass and mirror products?

We stand behind our glass with clear, written coverage. Insulated glass units carry a 5-year warranty against seal failure and fogging, while tempered, laminated and mirror products are covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects, all under normal use and handling. Should a warranted issue appear, we investigate the root cause, review the batch records we keep for every order, and resolve it through replacement, repair or a credit note so your project is not left exposed.

Our after-sales department follows a defined workflow and stays in close contact throughout. Because we control production in-house and retain traceability, warranty claims are fast to verify often far quicker than with suppliers who outsource their processing.

9
How does Juzhiyi differentiate its manufacturing process from standard glass suppliers?

The difference is that we are a deep-processing manufacturer, not a trading middleman. Inside our 26,000 m2 Nanning plant we run 26 production lines four cutting, four edging, four toughening (flat/curved and high-stress fireproof), four insulating, plus CNC, waterjet, autoclave, hot-bending and heat-soak so the whole chain sits under one roof. That lets us control tolerance, flatness and stress at every step and give full traceability for each batch, instead of hoping subcontractors match the spec. Digitally, ERP, MES and MCS with real-time data boards drive intelligent management, while 17 years of experience and a stable team keep quality steady. The result is one accountable source for over 1,000 glass varieties, with consistent quality from sample to bulk.

10
Does Juzhiyi provide shop drawings and technical support for complex glass projects?

Yes, and this is where project clients lean on us most. Our in-house technical team produces detailed shop drawings in DWG or PDF, then supports glass-thickness calculation, wind-load analysis and hardware-compatibility checks so the glazing fits your framing system precisely. We also submit material samples for approval and can run structural performance reviews for demanding facades.

For cross-border work we assign a dedicated project manager and follow a 14-step workflow with real-time updates, so drawing revisions, approvals and production stay in sync. Whether it is a curved curtain wall, a fire-rated assembly or a decorative feature, we treat the drawings as part of the deliverable not an extra so installation goes smoothly on site.

11
How do you manage the production schedule for urgent glass orders?

When a deadline is tight, we move your order onto a priority track without sacrificing quality. That means overtime shifts on the tempering and processing lines, expedited procurement of raw float glass from our standing suppliers, and daily status updates so you always know the position.

Our digital scheduling (ERP/MES) lets us slot urgent jobs between planned batches with minimal disruption, and because cutting, edging, tempering, laminating and insulating are all in-house, we avoid the delays of external subcontracting. A modest expedite fee may apply where the lead-time cut is significant, but we confirm it transparently up front. For recurring clients we also pre-reserve capacity during peak seasons, so urgent top-ups ship almost as fast as planned ones.

12
What documentation is provided with each shipment for customs clearance?

We prepare a complete, export-ready document set so your clearance is smooth. Each shipment includes a commercial invoice and packing list, the Bill of Lading, a Certificate of Origin, mill test certificates for the glass, and copies of our CE and ISO 9001 certifications. Where a market requires it, we also add test reports, 3C references or product-specific declarations. Because documentation is generated alongside production under our digital system, details quantities, dimensions, HS codes, values match the physical cargo exactly, reducing the risk of customs queries.

For bidding and inspection we keep full batch traceability and can supply extra copies on request. Just tell us your destination's specific paperwork needs at the quotation stage and we will build them into the pack.
