We utilize CNC heat-bending furnaces and flexible mold technology to precisely control heating curves and holding times for different curvatures, ensuring smooth arcs without creases and keeping optical distortion strictly within industry standards — eliminating dizziness or image warping.

Thickness options range from 5 mm to 19 mm, with a maximum arc length of 3000 mm per lite, suitable for spiral stair railings, curved curtain walls, observation elevator enclosures, and special-shaped skylights. Every lite undergoes arc-profile conformity inspection, surface stress testing, and full appearance checking before shipment, ensuring perfect fit with steel frames and minimizing on-site cutting and adjustment.
