All incoming purchased materials undergo strict incoming inspection, and only qualified materials are allowed into warehouse for production.

Supported by digital intelligent production management system, all production operations are carried out in strict compliance with standardized work instructions and customer order technical specifications. A dual inspection mechanism combining operator self-inspection and QC patrol inspection is applied to all working procedures. Full-process quality supervision is implemented to prevent defective products from flowing into the next process or finished shipment.

Special cushion protection is customized for glass beveled edges and corners. Custom solid wooden crates are adopted for packaging, with EVA foam lining laid along all inner edges for shock absorption. The packaging solution meets safety requirements for land, sea and air transportation.
