Because every order is traceable to its raw lot and processing batch, we can usually pinpoint the cause fast and prevent recurrence on follow-on shipments. Throughout, we stay in close contact so the solution lands before it becomes a schedule risk.

Your designs stay yours. For every custom project we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before drawings are exchanged, and we treat your shop drawings, specifications, finishes and project details as strictly confidential. They are never shared with third parties or reused for other clients, and access is limited to the project team that needs it. Because our processing is in-house, sensitive files do not leave our controlled environment, and our digital systems log who touched what.

We only source float glass from top-tier makers with proven consistency such as Xinyi and CSG so quality begins upstream. Before any processing starts, every incoming batch is visually inspected for bubbles, scratches, inclusions and colour distortion, and we verify the batch number and mill certificate to confirm the chemical composition matches our performance spec.

Suspicious or off-tolerance sheets are rejected at the gate, never carried into production. This incoming check is the first tier of our three-tier QC under ISO 9001, feeding straight into MES traceability so each finished unit links back to its raw lot. Combined with in-process and final inspection, it is why colour, flatness and strength stay uniform across a whole container or across many containers in a multi-phase project.

For North American and European references, we align key products with ASTM C1036 (Flat Glass), ASTM C1048 (Heat-Treated Glass) and EN 12600 (Impact Testing), with EN 12150 covering thermally toughened glass and EN 14449 covering laminated glass under our CE scope. We keep master test data and can issue complete third-party test reports and certification documents on request to support local building-permit approvals and project inspection.
