Process & Core Technology
Processing Principle
- Diamond grinding wheels or CNC cutting tools engrave three-dimensional lines on glass surface, with engraving depth ranging from 0.1-3 mm, outperforming conventional sand-blasted glass.
- Flame polishing treatment at 780-820 ℃ greatly improves surface smoothness of engraved areas.
